Rates & Packages

The following rates are applicable

All accommodation prices are rated per day per person and 15% Value Added Tax is included on accommodation only.

Day trips to Etosha National Park, Himba village, Petrified forrest, etc can be arranged. 

- 250 US$ / 220 EUR  per person per trip, if one person
- 200 US$ / 180 EUR per person per trip, if 2 persons or more.

Includes transportation, park fees, meals and drinks.

Hunting children will be charged hunters' rates | Children under 6 years are free of charge

• Ground transportation to and from Windhoek International Airport, (Hosea Kutako)
• Services of Professional Hunter, trackers and drivers
• All pre-hunt preparations
• Four wheel drive hunting vehicles
• Hunting license
• Hunting permits
• Export permits for trophies
• Field preparation of trophies
• Delivery of trophies to your preferred taxidermist.
• Accommodation and all meals
• Soft drinks, Wine and beer. (Hard alcohol will be charged extra)
• Daily services of staff and laundry

• Airfare to and from Namibia
• Trophy fees
• Arrival & departure days will be charged as half day hunting for hunters. Observers will be charged full price.
• Government tax of 15% (on daily rates only)
• All taxidermy costs e.g disinfecting,preparation and exporting of trophies.
• Hard alcoholic beverages
• Gratuities to camp staff and hunting guides
• Excursions and tours
• Personal purchases.
• Phone calls
• Rifle Hire (50 US$ per day)

• By prior arrangement and at our discretion substitution of animals that are included in the hunting package may be done and additional charges might apply.
• Wounded game, which is not recovered, is considered as hunted and must be paid in full according to the law. With the approval of Mogwadiri Hunting Safaris, it may be possible to hunt a second specimen of the same species which would be subject to payment of the regular trophy fee.
• By prior arrangement and at our discretion, hunting days might be added to the hunting package at our regular daily rate.
• By prior arrangement and at our discretion, additional animals not included in the original hunting package might be added, subject to payment of our regular trophy fee.
• A 50% deposit (minimum of 2000 US$/EUR) is payable upon confirmation of a booking. If a booking is cancelled 12-16 months prior to the hunt 50% of such amount will be refundable. If a booking is cancelled within 12 months before the hunt the full amount of the deposit will be forfeited.
• No cancellation fees are payable if a hunt is rescheduled by maximum one calendar year.
• The balance is payable upon completion of the hunt.             
• No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
